Dear People, Liebe Menschen,
ENGLISH --- This is to remind you all not to forget those that suffer from exploitation and intimidation in the name of so-called development in favour of an ever growing global economy. Mr. Ajay TG my trusted guide of my trip through Chhattisgarh in spring 2013 will have to attend court tomorrow (20/09/13) to defend a crime that never happened. A deliberate case has been put against him by the management of the factory after I took photographs from a public main-road of workers coming from and going to work at Ambuja-Cement Ltd in Rawan-village, central Chhattisgarh, in the "industrial-belt" of India. Ambuja is a sub of one of the most powerful multinational companies: HOLCIM Ltd Switzerland. This case is exemplary for all the unregistered, unheard cases of countless other innocent people who try to stand up to defend their basic human-rights and claims for a life in dignity.
DEUTSCH ---- Gerne möchte ich Euch daran erinnern, diejenigen Menschen nicht zu vergessen, die tagtäglich Ausbeutung und Einschüchterungen erleben im Namen von sogenannter Entwicklung und Nachhaltigkeit, im Interesse einer immer weiter wachsenden globalen Wirtschaft. Ajay TG der Begleiter meiner Chhattisgarh-Reise im Frühjahr 2013 muss morgen (20/09/13) vor Gericht erscheinen um ein Verbrechen zu verteitigen dass nie passiert ist. Eine fingierte Anzeige wurde gegen ihn erhoben, nachdem ich von öffentlichem Grund aus (in Nähe des Ambuja-Zement Ltd. Fabriktors) Arbeiter während dem Schichtwechsel auf ihren Fahrrädern fotografierte. Ambuja ist eine Tochterfirma des Schweizer Zement-Multis HOLCIM. Der Fall Ajay steht exemplarisch für die unzähligen unregistrierten und ungehörten Fälle all jener Menschen, die vor Ort versuchen gegen die Ausbeutung menschlicher Grundrechte anzukämpfen um ihr Recht auf ein Leben in Würde einzufordern.
